Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery
All of our cuticle oils are made bespoke to order, including custom branding and labelling. Once your order has been confirmed and approved, production will begin and we are unable to cancel or refund orders.
Delivery times will be confirmed at the time of ordering. As a guideline, most orders take approximately 7 weeks from approval to completion. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once your order has been dispatched. You will receive confirmation when your order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
However, if an error has been made on our part (for example, incorrect labelling, spelling mistakes that differ from the approved proof, or production faults), we will take full responsibility and offer a correction or replacement at no additional cost.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that all branding materials provided are correct, clear, and final before approval. This includes:

Text and spelling

Colours
-
File quality and clarity
We are not liable for errors that result from:

Incorrect or low-quality logos supplied by the customer

Unclear instructions or documents

Spelling or design mistakes that were approved prior to production
Once a design has been approved, it will be printed exactly as provided.
Order Approval
Before production, customers will be given the opportunity to review and approve their branding. Approval confirms that all details are correct and final.
