How long does an order take?

Large quantity cuticle oil pen orders have an estimated turnaround time of up to 7 weeks from order confirmation and payment. This allows time for production, quality checks, and preparation for dispatch.

Why is the turnaround time longer for bulk orders?

Each large order is produced in batches to ensure consistent quality, accurate filling, and proper assembly. This process helps us maintain high standards, especially for private label and resale products.

Can I get my order sooner?

Turnaround times are based on production capacity. At this time, rush orders are not available for large quantity orders. If timing is critical, we recommend ordering well in advance.

Will I be updated during the process?

Yes. We’ll keep you informed with order status updates, including confirmation, production progress, and dispatch notification.

Are large orders refundable or cancellable?

Due to the custom and bulk nature of large quantity orders, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has begun.

How will my order be shipped?

Large quantity orders are securely packaged and shipped via a tracked courier service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
